Some of our members believe that Elitism is the greatest threat to things like the first amendment right of free speech and assembly, and the right to petition our government for the redress of grievances, especially where it threatens our constitutional rights, which is where elitism verges into despotism.
Other organizations are writing about this now on their own. The basic message is that there is an indefensible elitism which seems to permeate many administration proposals and we are not alone in seeing this.
The Progress For Freedom Foundation included released a press release about a report on their website titled “

The article was not an over-the-top attack on a specific policy, but a hesitant, and serious, red flag which responsible people should take heed of.

Populism versus elitism may be the strongest way to think about what we are confronting today, even moreso than “left versus right.”
